Store Return/Exchange Policy
- Store credit/exchanges only: Must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging within 14 (fourteen) days of purchase with original receipt.
- No exchange or return on make-up, lip gloss, lip stick, eyelashes, earrings, nose rings, liquid/chemical items, wigs, hair extensions, hair pieces, braiding hair, sale or clearance items.
- Defective and damaged items may be returned or exchanged for store credit only within 14 (fourteen) days of purchase with original receipt.
- All clippers & trimmers are FINAL SALE.
- Customers are encouraged to contact The Hair Zone Beauty Supply directly at support@thehairzonebeautysupply.com to resolve any issues with their purchase before initiating a chargeback.
- Customers must provide original receipt, when submitting a dispute directly to The Hair Zone Beauty Supply.
- Chargebacks will only be considered valid if they fall under the following circumstances:
- Unauthorized transactions
- Non-delivery of products
- Products received were damaged or defective
Lost Package Policy
At The Hair Zone Beauty Supply, we strive to ensure timely and accurate delivery of all orders. However, we understand that lost packages can occasionally occur. Please review our policy below regarding lost shipments:
- Tracking Information: Once an order is shipped, customers receive a tracking number via email. It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor their tracking information for updates on their shipment.
- Delayed Packages: If a package has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please allow an additional 3-5 business days for potential carrier delays before contacting our support team.
- Lost or Stolen Packages:
- If tracking shows that a package was delivered but the customer did not receive it, we recommend checking with neighbors, household members, or the local post office.
- The Hair Zone Beauty Supply is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are marked as delivered. Customers are encouraged to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
- Carrier Claims: If a package is lost in transit (tracking does not update for 7 or more business days), we will assist customers in filing a claim with the carrier. Claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
- Replacement or Refund:
- If a claim is approved by the carrier, we may issue a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
- Refunds are not guaranteed for lost packages unless the carrier assumes responsibility for the loss.
- Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. The Hair Zone Beauty Supply is not liable for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
